Investment

We offer limited payment plans for Tier 2 and Tier 3 based on availability. Please complete the financial statement honestly — this helps us determine the best payment option and ensures your enrollment is sustainable.

Refund & Transfer Policy

All sales are final once enrollment is confirmed and course materials, onboarding access, or CEU/certification resources are issued. Because digital content and proprietary training materials are delivered immediately, no refunds are provided for any tier. If you are unable to attend your selected live date, you may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort or training date, subject to availability, provided the request is made in writing at least 72 hours prior to the start time (Tier 1) or 7 days prior to the cohort start date (Tier 2 and Tier 3). Transfers do not reset certification requirements or deadlines. Missed sessions, partial attendance, failure to complete post-tests/practicum, or non-participation do not qualify for refunds. Flowing Lotus Center, LLC reserves the right to deny transfer requests in cases of repeated rescheduling, policy abuse, or if a program cohort is full.

Payment Plan Policy

Payment plans may be offered on a limited basis for Tier 2 and Tier 3 depending on availability and must be approved prior to enrollment confirmation. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Flowing Lotus Center, LLC to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed schedule. All payment plan balances must be paid in full to receive final certification documentation, facilitator directory listing (Tier 2), or trainer licensing materials (Tier 3). If a payment fails, you will be given a short grace period to update payment details; continued non-payment may result in paused access to course materials, practicum, cohort calls, supervision, or brand/licensing resources until the account is brought current. Payment obligations remain in effect regardless of attendance or completion. If you anticipate difficulty meeting a payment, you agree to contact us promptly prior to the due date. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after access is provided, course access and certification eligibility may be revoked pending resolution.
